Intern Therapist offering Affordable Therapy

Human connection and relationship is one of the most powerful experiences one can have in life. In therapy, the connection you have with your therapist is an essential and meaningful part of your healing journey. My goal as your therapist is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space where you can share your story and together, we can work towards achieving your goals. I view each client as an individual and tailor evidence-based treatment approaches to best meet your needs. If you’re ready to take the first step, let’s start this journey together!

Rebekah is equipped to treat children, youth, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges and life stressors. She supports those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and emotional regulation. Rebekah works from an inclusive and anti-oppressive lens and has experience supporting diverse clients, those struggling with their identity, and those experiencing a variety of cultural stressors. Rebekah has several years of experience working in the community mental health field with children, youth, and their caregivers. She has a passion for helping adolescence and young adults navigate life’s various challenges.

Rebekah supports her clients using evidence-based practices, drawing upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. She tailors treatment to meet the needs of each individual client. Rebekah is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is under the direct supervision of Clinical Director, Tamara Daniszewski.
