I truly believe that therapy can make a world of difference when life gets tough. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you feel safe and supported. Whether you’re a parent looking to help your child thrive, or a young adult navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs.

Megan is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. She specializes in treating clinical-level symptoms of a variety of mental health diagnoses.
Megan has a passion for working with children, youth, and young adults and brings a creative approach to her treatment. Megan works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, self-harm and suicidality, emotion dysregulation and/or behavioural challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. In addition to her individual work, Megan also offers parent and caregiver support. She provides strategies to help parents and caregivers feel empowered in supporting their loved one’s mental health needs.
Megan has years of experience working in mental health at the esteemed hospital, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences. Megan’s practice is guided by trauma-informed and client centred care. She uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Training, Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) informed.
In addition to private practice, Megan is a Clinical Therapist at a community-based clinic where she provides ongoing individual and group services to the 0-18 years population.
