Andrea is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has experience working with clients facing a variety of presenting concerns and life challenges. Her ideal client is someone who is ready to make a change, but feels stuck or needs clarity about the path forward. Andrea’s approach is person-centred and integrative. She works diligently to get to know each client and collaboratively build a plan that works for the individual.
Andrea has experience working in group practice and private practice therapy settings. Her passion for learning has led her to completing training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy through OISE, University of Toronto and the Neuroscience of Attachment through NICABM. To deepen her expertise in relationships, Andrea is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Therapy through the University of Guelph.
