Just as the seasons change, our lives fluctuate. You might be feeling overwhelmed or not like yourself lately. Perhaps you yearn for deeper connection in your relationships and aren't sure where to start. The constant demands of modern life might be piling up and it's difficult to stay on top of it all. As a millennial with over 15 years of corporate working experience, I've been in your shoes, felt the unique pressures of our age group, and battled burnout. It's from this understanding that I offer a safe space for my clients to explore their goals and build a path to better mental health and connection. Ready to get started? Andrea is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (with Distinction) from Yorkville University. She has experience working with clients facing a variety of presenting concerns and life challenges. Her ideal client is ready to make a change, but might feel stuck or need clarity about the path forward. Andrea’s approach is person-centred and integrative. She likes to work with clients from a strengths-based lens, leveraging clients’ innate strengths to build a better path forward. She works diligently to get to know each client and, together, build a plan that works for the individual or couple.


Andrea has experience working in group practice and private practice therapy settings. Her passion for learning has led her to complete training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy throughOISE, University of Toronto and she is currently working towards an Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Therapy through theUniversity of Guelph.
