Hello and welcome!
Jeneale Reynolds
She /Her Registered Social Worker, MSW Psychotherapist
Life is dynamic! And as we venture through the mountaintop moments and the valley times, having support is an essential component of our overall wellness. The right support can make a world of difference when navigating through our journeys. It is always my sincere privilege to support individuals by walking alongside them as a support to help unpack and tread through their experiences. Whether it’s offering encouragement, insight, or strategies. My work is rooted in challenging folks to overcome their battles and unleashing their own inner strength. I am here to walk with you!
Jeneale is an experienced and registered Social Worker with over thirteen years of diverse experience within the field working with children, young adults, adults, and families. Jeneale has a master’s level degree in Social Work from York University and has worked in children’s mental health, child welfare, youth justice, crisis support and the educational sector.
Using a strength-based approach and anti-oppressive practice approach, her goal is to ensure that you feel heard and supported. Jeneale utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing as strategies to support you in your journey.
