Reaching out for support and recognizing the importance of your mental health, is an important step and this is something that you should be proud of. I would be honored to help you explore your mental health needs and interpersonal struggles. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore the challenges in your life and help you get through any difficult moments you may have.
Réanne focuses on supporting individuals and families navigate challenging situations in their lives as well as process difficult emotions. She helps children, adolescents and adults identify sources of stress and explore healthy coping strategies. Her experience working in the field of education, child welfare, family services and crisis intervention has given her a holistic perspective on the experiences of her clients, which allows her to create an individualized treatment plan for each person.
Réanne’s strength-based and anti-oppressive approaches will make you feel at ease, allowing the opportunity to open up and feel comfortable doing so. She uses an eclectic approach that draws on components of Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you create a plan for positive change.
“I believe that therapy is a great opportunity to learn more about yourself and find more meaning in your life. I can be there to help guide you through this vulnerable process.”.
