Hello and welcome!
Kelly Kack
She /Her Registered Social Worker, MSW Psychotherapist
Life can be exciting and fun! It can also feel demanding, lonely and confusing – no matter the age or stage of your life. You’re not alone. Todays fast paced world and pressures contribute daily to our well-being and perceptions of how we see ourselves and understand the world around us.
Therapy is a powerful tool that creates opportunities to identify and overcome challenges. I believe healing begins with feeling heard and understood. My approach is rooted in anti-oppression, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we can explore the patterns and critical thoughts that may be holding you back, help you build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence to move forward.
Kelly brings over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health and well-being, offering compassionate and clinical care to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. She has worked in diverse settings, including mental health agencies, hospitals, and school boards, giving her a deep understanding of these systems and how to support clients in accessing care and resources they need.
She holds certifications in a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, and Family-Based Therapy. She has also trained in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy allowing her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Her blend of curiosity, transparency, and compassion makes her a supportive guide for those seeking growth, healing and lasting positive change.
“II have a special interest and training in supporting individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and neurodiverse families, including those with family members with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and dementia. I am fueled by a passion for empowering clients find their voice, build confidence and navigate challenges with creativity and resilience. I thrive on finding innovative ways for people to express themselves.
Therapy is more than a place to process struggles – it’s an opportunity for growth, healing, and positive transformation. You don’t have to face life’s difficult moments alone. I am here to support you on your path toward self-discovery, wholeness, and lasting change. “
