“For some of us, our jobs and careers sit at the core of our identity. Ideally, our jobs are a source of great joy, fulfillment and purpose. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Having experienced severe career-burnout, I know first-hand how anxiety-inducing a job can be. At times causing great angst, confusion and even pain. Sometimes we feel stuck and can’t see a path forward. Whether it’s in your career or other aspects of your life, I’m here to support you on your journey of self-discovery, healing and getting ‘unstuck’!”
